To maintain academic discipline and ensure student participation, the following attendance guidelines are to be strictly adhered to:

Minimum Attendance Requirement:

• 90% attendance is mandatory for every student to be eligible to appear for the Annual Examination.

Class Attendance

• Students must be present in class when attendance is being taken. Latecomers will be marked absent unless a valid reason is provided.

Absence on Term Re-opening and Closing Days

• Students should avoid absence on the re-opening and closing days of each term.

Leave Procedure:

• A leave letter with a valid reason must be sent in advance to seek permission for absence.
• In case of sickness or emergency, a letter signed by the parent must be submitted upon return.
• For medical leave exceeding 3 days, a medical certificate is required.

Unnotified Absence

• Continuous absence for 15 days without any intimation or leave letter may result in the removal of the student's name from the roll.

Recognition for Perfect Attendance

• Students with 100% attendance will be honoured with a merit certificate and medal during the Annual Day celebration.
