Objectives of the School

At AKV Public School Senior Secondary (CBSE), our core objectives are centered on holistic education that nurtures intellectual, emotional, social, and moral development. We aim to create an enriching and inspiring environment where students grow not only in academic excellence but also in values, life skills, and character. Our objectives include:

1. Play-Way and Value-Based Learning
  • To implement a play-way method of education, especially in early years, that fosters joyful and experiential learning.
  • To incorporate value-based education across all grades, helping students develop moral integrity, compassion, and social responsibility.
2. Education of the Mind and Soul
  • To go beyond academics by focusing on the emotional and spiritual development of students.
  • To promote learning by doing, encouraging hands-on experiences that build critical life skills and real-world application.
3. Balanced Development in All Domains
  • To ensure a well-rounded growth by equally emphasizing scholastic (academic) and co-scholastic (co-curricular) areas, such as sports, arts, and social service.
4. Vision-Oriented Education
  • To instill in students the noble motto:
"Aim High, Think High, and Achieve High", inspiring them to set ambitious goals and pursue them with determination.
5. Continuous Assessment and Progress Tracking
  • To periodically evaluate student learning through reviews, formative assessments, and performance rating systems that reflect both effort and achievement.
6. Fostering Critical and Creative Thinking
  • To nurture both convergent thinking (logical, problem-solving skills) and divergent thinking (creativity and innovation), encouraging balanced intellectual development.
7. Encouraging Meaningful Learning
  • To replace rote memorization with conceptual understanding, deep learning, and analytical thinking, making learning purposeful and long-lasting.
8. Improving Communicative Skills
  • To introduce new teaching strategies and innovative practices aimed at enhancing students' English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
9. Developing Healthy Values and Attitudes
  • To promote positive attitudes, appreciation for the arts, a love for learning, and core human values through academics and extra-curricular engagements.
10. Moral and Ethical Development
