90% attendance is mandatory for every student to be eligible to appear for the Annual Examination.
Students must be present in class when attendance is being taken. Latecomers will be marked absent unless a valid reason is provided.
Students should avoid absence on the re-opening and closing days of each term.
A leave letter with a valid reason must be sent in advance to seek permission for absence.
In case of sickness or emergency, a letter signed by the parent must be submitted upon return.
For medical leave exceeding 3 days, a medical certificate is required.
Continuous absence for 15 days without any intimation or leave letter may result in the removal of the student's name from the roll.
Students with 100% attendance will be honoured with a merit certificate and medal during the Annual Day celebration.
