General Expectations
  • 1. Adherence to School Policies
  • Parents are requested to follow all school rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline.

  • 2. Support in Discipline and Punctuality
  • Kindly cooperate with school authorities to ensure that your child is punctual, well-disciplined, and adheres to school norms both inside and outside the campus.

  • 3. Academic Involvement
  • Provide a quiet and supportive environment at home for your child to complete assignments.

  • Monitor their academic progress regularly and ensure timely completion of homework.

  • Encourage English communication at home to support fluency and confidence in language skills.

Communication and Visits
  • 1. Parent-Teacher Interaction
  • Attend all Parent-Teacher Conferences without fail. In case of an unavoidable absence, please inform the school in advance.

  • Parents can meet the Principal and teachers between 4.00 PM and 5.00 PM on all working days.

  • 2. Emergency Protocols
  • In case of emergencies, seek prior permission from the Principal and obtain a Gate Pass from the school office before picking up your child during school hours.

  • Do not send any third person to pick up your child without prior written consent and verification.

  • 3. Communication Updates
  • Inform the school immediately about any change in address or mobile number to ensure seamless communication.

Attendance and Health
  • 1. Regular Attendance
  • Ensure your child attends school regularly and punctually. Unnecessary absences must be avoided.

  • Any absence must be informed to the school office before 9.30 AM on the same day via phone.

  • The school will not conduct special tests or practicals for students who miss regular assessments without valid reasons.

  • 2. Health and Wellness
  • Do not send your child to school if they are unwell or suffering from any contagious disease.

  • Make sure your child comes to school neatly groomed and in full uniform each day.

Transport and Safety
  • 1. Bus Travel
  • Ensure your child reaches the designated bus stop well in advance of the scheduled pickup time.

  • Parents should refrain from disturbing the child during school hours.

  • 2. Appropriate Conduct on Campus
  • Parents visiting the school must be appropriately dressed; please avoid attire such as lungis or half-pants.

  • All fee remittances should be made personally at the school office, within the stipulated time.

Field Trips and Activities
  • Field trips and educational excursions are arranged from Kindergarten onwards and are compulsory for all students.
